3.Coating:The sintered ndfeb magnet is a very cative poder metallurgical material,which can be oxidized in the surface,because of it's poor anti-corrosion.To slow down it's surface oxidized speed,we need to do surface treatment.Our coating treatment technology is in the lead level of our industry.The types of coating are very completed, the production capacity is very large.The process control is very strict,which ecsures the anti-corrosion and combination between coating and magnet.
We provide magnets with Zn ,Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, Ni-Tin ,Ni-epoxy ,Ni-Gold , chemical Ni coating,and so on.The following picutre is some products we make.

5.What's the Advantages of Sintered neodymium magne?

The mechanical properties of Nd-Fe-B magnet is better than samarium-cobalt magnet and Alnico magnet, so it is easier to cut and drill as ring, arc, bread shape and other complex and irregular shape to meet special applications. Compared with the other permanent magnets, the BHmax value of neodymium magnet is 5-12 times as the ferrite magnets, and 3-10 times as Alnico magnet. The Hcb value is 5-10 times as ferrite magnet, and 5-15 times as Alnico magnet.

On the basis of coercivity, sintered neodymium magnet can be classified into low-coercivity (N series), medium coercivity (M series), high coercivity (H series), super high coercivity (SH series), ultra-high coercivity (UH series, even EH series).

According to the difference of BHmax, there are six series: N35-N52, N30M-N50M, N30H-N48H, N28SH-N48SH, N28UH-N45UH, and N28EH-N40EH. More details please find the property table.

We can manufacture various grades neodymium magnet. Customers can choose grade according to the desired operating temperature. N-series magnets is able to bear working temperature 80ºC, M-series for operating temperature 100ºC, H series magnet for 120ºC , SH series magnet for 150ºC, UH series magnet for 180ºC, EH series magnet for 220ºC.
